The Clovis Police Department will offer child ID kits from noon to 4 p.m. Feb. 25 at the North Plains Mall substation.
Each kit includes fingerprinting, height, weight and voice recognition.
In addition, the police department will offer educational programs and city ordinance briefings the first Saturday of every month at the North Plains Mall police substation.
